Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the proper condition, operation, timely maintenance, and repair of heating, water supply, sewage, and drainage systems.
  • Monitors the operating condition of heating, water supply, and sewage systems; identifies causes of premature wear and takes measures to prevent and eliminate defects.
  • Performs seasonal commissioning of internal heating circuits and switches the heating supply system between winter and summer operating modes.
  • Conducts inspections of heating substations, water metering units, and fire-fighting water supply systems at least twice per shift; monitors temperature and pressure readings on measuring instruments; inspects sanitary facilities, records observations in the logbook, and takes corrective actions.
  • Participates in inspections of heating equipment during preparations for the heating season.
  • Ensures cleanliness of mechanical rooms and proper operating condition and preservation of equipment located therein.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and protects the legal interests of the Partnership.
  • Drafts and reviews contracts and supplementary agreements concluded with television channels located in the Kazmedia Center building.
  • Maintains reporting records related to the department’s claims and litigation activities.
  • Reviews draft orders, instructions, regulations, standards, and other legal documents prepared within the Partnership for compliance with applicable legislation; participates in drafting such documents when required by management.
  • Organizes the preparation of legal opinions on issues arising from the Partnership’s activities, as well as on draft regulatory acts submitted to the Partnership for review and approval.

Work Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in the electric power industry; must hold Electrical Safety Certification Group IV.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises employees of the electrical maintenance section, distributes incoming work requests, and monitors their execution.
  • Ensures reliable and uninterrupted operation of electrical equipment under his/her responsibility.
  • Personally inspects and familiarizes himself/herself with the condition, configuration, and operating mode of electrical equipment when taking over a shift.
  • Hands over the shift to the next duty supervisor according to the approved schedule.
  • Participates in the development of preventive maintenance schedules and monitors their timely implementation.
  • Ensures compliance with technical operating procedures and repair technologies; promptly identifies and eliminates violations.
  • Organizes safe performance of work on electrical networks and installations and ensures fulfillment of planned assignments.
  • Before commencing work, verifies that tools, equipment, mechanisms, protective devices, personal protective equipment, and other resources comply with safety requirements.
  • Conducts daily evening inspections of the building to identify inefficient electricity usage (lights left on, computers and other electrical devices operating in unoccupied rooms) and records findings in the operational logbook.

  • Maintains employee personal data, as well as information on workforce numbers, employee qualifications, and personnel movements in electronic databases and on the enbek.kz portal; ensures timely updates and accuracy of records.
  • Prepares and processes, in compliance with labor legislation, personnel orders related to hiring, transfers, termination of employment, all types of leave, business trips, disciplinary actions, employee incentives and rewards, and engagement of employees for work on weekends, public holidays, night shifts, and overtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and controls building automation system components displayed on computer monitoring systems.
  • Continuously monitors the operating modes of automation systems.
  • Ensures compliance with required temperature conditions through automated control systems.
  • Monitors precision air-conditioning systems, communication systems, automated control systems of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, smoke extraction fans, stairwell pressurization fans, ductless ventilation systems, temperature and pressure parameters in chilled water supply circuits, and water levels in water supply reservoirs.
  • Controls and manages lighting systems, exhaust ventilation systems, heat supply systems with circulation pumps, domestic water pressure boosting pumps, and supply and exhaust air-handling units.
  • Timely informs the Department’s management of all changes, incidents, and malfunctions, and records such information in operational logs.
  • Takes prompt corrective measures to eliminate identified faults and failures in automation systems.
  • Participates in scheduled preventive maintenance activities jointly with the Instrumentation and Automation Technician.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures reliable and high-quality operation of television technical equipment in accordance with the Partnership’s maintenance regulations and technical operating procedures.
  • Ensures uninterrupted operation of the entire studio and control room complex.
  • Regularly monitors the quality of incoming and outgoing video, audio, and synchronization signals using test and measurement equipment.
  • Performs all required signal routing and switching operations in a timely manner.
  • Monitors compliance with temperature requirements in the server room (CAR).
  • Immediately reports equipment failures, accidents, technical interruptions, and broadcast disruptions to the Lead Studio Engineer and Department Head in accordance with established procedures and takes measures to restore broadcasting operations.
  • Communicates information regarding technical changes and completed work to all department personnel.
  • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with approved schedules.
  • Initiates emergency switching to backup systems in the event of primary equipment failure and promptly informs the Lead Studio Engineer and Department Head.
  • Conducts technical testing before recording or broadcasting:
    • Video channel: television test pattern with identification caption or logo;
    • Audio channel: 1000 Hz generator signal.
  • Before connecting any external or other signal source, performs signal path verification jointly with the Switching Center to ensure uninterrupted and high-quality signal transmission.
  • Participates in investigations of equipment failures and television transmission chain malfunctions and in implementing preventive measures.
  • Notifies the Lead Studio Engineer and department personnel of all connections and records work performed during the shift in the Studio Complex Utilization Log.
  • Ensures the safekeeping of all studio complex equipment and monitors its movement.
  • Performs other duties related to operational requirements and management instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the condition of assigned tools, protective equipment, and workwear.
  • Complies with occupational health and safety, industrial safety, and fire safety requirements while working with equipment.
  • Regularly monitors building automation systems and takes measures to maintain prescribed operating parameters.
  • Maintains required reports and submits them in a timely manner, including:
    • Annual preventive maintenance schedule;
    • Monthly preventive maintenance completion reports;

  • Conducts inspections of ventilation chambers, heating substations, water supply systems, cooling system facilities, barrier gate systems, and lighting systems throughout the building.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs loading, unloading, transportation, sorting, placement, relocation, and stacking of materials and goods manually or using simple handling equipment such as carts, hand trucks, conveyors, and other lifting and transport devices.
  • Installs winches, lifting blocks, temporary slides, and other devices required for loading and unloading operations.
  • Secures and covers cargo in warehouses and vehicles.
  • Transports panels, platforms, and walkways.
  • Loads, unloads, moves, and stacks fragile materials requiring careful handling (glass, ceramic products, etc.) and non-dusting bulk materials (sand, crushed stone, debris).
  • Assembles and dismantles metal structures (mobile scaffolding towers) when authorized to work at height.

  • Performs ceramic tile installation.
  • Carries out whitewashing and finishing works.
  • Repairs holes and defects in partitions and structures.
  • Repairs waterproofing of basement walls and floors.
  • Repairs staircases and stair flights.
  • Performs additional plastering, painting, and finishing work throughout the building.
  • Adjusts door hinges and replaces door locks.
  • Installs stage sets and other structures in accordance with technical specifications.
