JSC “AGENCY “KHABAR” is a “telefamily” of four channels broadcasting in Kazakh, Russian and English. The Khabar Agency begins its history since 1995, when the “Khabar” National Television Information Agency was established on the basis of the information service of Kazakh TV. The Agency has a developed correspondent network in the regions of the country and in the near and far abroad. Representative offices are already open in the USA, Russia, Belgium, South Korea, China, Germany and Uzbekistan. TV audience coverage is 99 percent.

JSC “RTRK” Kazakhstan” is the largest media resource of the country. The corporation includes 4 republican and 14 regional television channels, as well as 4 radio and 22 sites. Technical equipment allows broadcasting to cover almost 100% of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the border regions of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, China and Mongolia. Since September 1, 2011 NTK “Kazakhstan”, on behalf of the Head of State, switched to 100 percent broadcasting in the Kazakh language.

FIRST CHANNEL “EURASIA” was founded in 1997. The first name is ORT Kazakhstan. In 2001, the channel was renamed the First Channel “Eurasia”. Today, the coverage of the TV channel’s broadcasting accounts for almost 90% of the country’s territory and is carried out by transmitters located in more than 400 settlements.
The program grid of the channel presents all the main genres and covers all age and gender groups of the country’s television audience.

“MIR” INTERSTATE TV AND RADIO COMPANY was created in 1992 with the aim of covering political, economic and humanitarian cooperation of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, forming a common information space and facilitating the international exchange of information. The television channel is broadcast around the clock in four time zones in 13 countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).
