JSC “AGENCY “KHABAR” is a modern media family that includes two television channels: the flagship “Khabar” and the 24-hour news channel “24KZ,” broadcasting in Kazakh and Russian. The agency traces its history back to 1994, when the National Television News Agency “Khabar” was established within the structure of the Republican Corporation “Television and Radio of Kazakhstan,” based on the information service of Kazakh TV. Today, Khabar reaches 100% of Kazakhstan’s television audience, operates an extensive network of correspondents across the country and abroad, and has international bureaus in the USA, UAE, Russia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, South Korea, China, Germany, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, France, Turkey, Georgia, Spain, and Malaysia.

JSC “RTRK” Kazakhstan” is the largest media resource in the country, implementing the state information policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The corporation includes the national TV channel “Qazaqstan,” the TV channels “Qazsport,” “Balapan,” “Abai TV,” three radio stations, the Television News Agency, and 14 regional branches, which provide coverage to 99% of the country’s TV audience and 88.74% of radio listeners in Kazakhstan. The corporation’s signals are accessible to residents of the border areas of the Russian Federation, Mongolia, the People’s Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Uzbekistan.


Since September 1, 2011, the national TV channel “Qazaqstan” has been broadcasting 100% in the Kazakh language.

FIRST CHANNEL “EURASIA” was established in 1997 under the name “ORT Kazakhstan.” On September 2, 2002, the channel was renamed to “Eurasia”, and since September 1, 2009, it has officially carried its current name — First Channel “Eurasia”. Since its inception, the channel has become an integral part of Kazakhstan’s media landscape, quickly winning a broad audience and consistently maintaining leading positions in nationwide ratings over the years.

Affirming its status as one of the country’s leading TV channels, First Channel “Eurasia” was the first in Kazakhstan to introduce the format of a live information show, utilizing transformable studios and innovative on-air graphics that allow presenters to interact with them in real time.

THE REPUBLICAN STATE INSTITUTION “CENTRAL COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE” (CCS) UNDER THE PRESIDENT  OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN — is a national information and communication platform designed to establish an effective mechanism for interaction between public authorities and society, as well as between government agencies and the media within the information sphere.

JIBEK JOLY RADIO CHANNEL — is an information and music station that began broadcasting in Kazakhstan on May 1, 2025. It is a new media project of the Presidential Television and Radio Complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The station features modern Kazakh music, current news, original programs, and live broadcasts.

“MIR” INTERSTATE TV AND RADIO COMPANY was established in 1992 with the purpose of covering political, economic, and humanitarian cooperation among the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries, creating a common information space, and promoting international information exchange.

The founding members of the Company are: the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
