On May 31, a qualifying football tournament was held among organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the Spartakiad. Thirteen teams participated in the competition, and following intense matches, the prizes were distributed as follows:
1st place — «Khabar» Agency
2nd place — «Kazmedia ortalygy»
3rd place — «Qazteleradio» JSC
