Legal adviser

Salary: 200,000 KZT (before taxes and mandatory payments/deductions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

 

Education: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty

 

Experience: At least 3 years

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with the law in the activities of the Partnership and protection of its legal interests;
  • Checks for compliance with the current legislation of draft orders, instructions, regulations, standards and other acts of a legal nature prepared in the Partnership, endorses them, and also participates, if necessary, in the preparation of these documents on behalf of the Partnership’s management;
  • Conducts lawsuits, takes measures to comply with the pre-trial procedure for the settlement of contractual disputes;
  • Prepares statements of claim and materials and submits them to the courts.

HR manager

Salary: 200,000 KZT (before taxes and mandatory payments/deductions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

 

Education: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty

 

Experience: At least 2 years

 

Responsibilities:

  • Timely draws up orders for the admission, relocation, dismissal of employees, orders for all types of vacations, orders for business trips in accordance with labor legislation, internal regulatory legal acts of the Partnership.
  • Forms and maintains personal files of employees, makes changes in them related to labor activity.
  • Enters the personal data of employees, as well as information on the quantitative and qualitative composition of employees and their movement in the electronic database, monitors its timely updating and replenishment.
  • Timely draws up additional agreements on changing working conditions and ensures the signing of the contract by the parties.
  • Prepares and ensures the signing of agreements on full liability.
  • Organize work on the provision of vacation schedules by structural units in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, keep records of vacations.
  • Organizes work on the provision of shift schedules by structural divisions in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Maintains military records of the employees of the Partnership liable for military service.
  • Organizes the work on the provision of structural divisions of the time sheet, sheets of temporary disability, checks and submits the time sheet approved by the management to the accounting and reporting department.
